Hello Adventurers!

We’re excited to bring you a new update to our beloved game.

To start, we’ve implemented system announcements to keep you informed of in-game events, updates, and more in real time. Alongside this, we’ve focused on improving the overall user experience, ensuring that some aspects of the game are getting smoother and overall better. Additionally, we’ve addressed and fixed various effect interactions that were not working as intended, ensuring a fairer and more consistent gameplay.

In our quest to continuously evolve the game and offer new strategic depth, we’ve added a whole lot of new cards to the mix. These additions promise to shake up the meta, encouraging players to experiment with new decks and find innovative ways to claim victory. Moreover, we’re introducing a new Adventurer – The Progenitor, complete with unique abilities and playstyles. This new character is designed to inspire new strategies and add an extra layer of excitement to your battles.

Lastly, this update includes vast balance changes, affecting a significant number of cards. Our goal is to ensure a balanced competitive environment where a variety of decks can flourish. We’ve taken your feedback into account, making adjustments to ensure that gameplay remains fair, engaging, and, most importantly, fun for everyone. We’re eager to see how these changes impact your strategies and the overall game dynamics.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed cards sometimes not glowing when the player has enough Aether to play them and glowing when they don’t have enough as well.
  • Tutorial now works with ultra-wide screens.
  • “Illusion” keyword now doesn’t show your enemy a target card.
  • Deadlights now doesn’t provide another Spellbreak after playing a Demon.
  • Fixed an error caused by fast clicking on the quests panel.
  • Fixed Tormentor’s Flame giving Bloodlust to creatures with Inquisitor’s Dome.
  • Fixed Enigma and targeted abilities interaction.

Features & Gameplay

  • Announcements System. Now we can share news with you and give a heads-up about maintenance directly ingame
  • AoE spells now can’t target creatures with Twilight Cloak (if they doesn’t have new Keyword, Reveal, which we’ll describe further)
  • Sleep applied by cards and effects is called Slumber now. It ends after any incoming damage received.
  • Fixed an issue with outdated card descriptions. Obsolete information will no longer randomly popup in your games.

User Experience

  • Added information about card rarity to cards tooltips.
  • Summoned and Sacrificed cards are now marked in Graveyards.
  • Added cards tooltips to Graveyards.
  • On Solo Practice screen you now can go back without confirmation

New Mechanics

New Adventurer: The Progenitor

  • Element: Fire
  • HP: 35
  • Rarity: Legendary
  • Ability: The One Above All. Whenever your opponent play 2 cards in one turn, end his turn immediately and Draw 1 card. Can’t trigger 2 rounds in a row. Can’t trigger more than 4 times per match.

Time Warp. Once per match, when The Progenitor reach a maximum Aether of 8 or more, he manipulates the turn order, taking 2 turns in a row by forcing the opponent to skip a turn.

First Elemental played on your turn cost 1 aether less

New Keyword: Reveal

  • Description: Can target Stealthed creatures with attacks and other effects.

New Keyword: Bleed

  • Description: At the start of their turn, сreatures with Bleed lose 1 health and force their Adventurer to lose 1 Aether. All Nature creatures are immune to the Bleed effect.

New Keyword: Condensed Sorcery

  • Description: Spell cannot be blocked by Spellbreak effect.

New Keyword: Echo

  • Description: Automatically play when drawn without spending Aether, then draw another card. Echo activates only on draws that originate from sources other than the standard draw at the start of a turn.

New Keyword: Slumber

  • Description: Creature is unable to move or attack, unless Slumber is expired or silenced, or the creature is awakened from the incoming damage recieved.

New Keyword: Sanctuary

  • Description: Negate the effect of opponent’s next Summon. Cannot be triggered more than once per turn.

New Keyword: Equilibrium

  • Description: This creature is immune to “Execution”. Cannot protect from Ethernal’s abilities.

New Keyword: Grand Finale

  • Description: Deal 20 damage to opponent’s Adventurer. Effect will be activated only if the owner’s draw pile is empty.

New Keyword: Shackles

  • Description: You can’t draw card from any source except from Ethernal.

New Keyword: Sunrise Seal

  • Description: Negate the effect of opponent’s next Debut. Cannot be triggered more than once per turn for the same effect owner.

New Keyword: Time Warp

  • Description: Once per match, when The Progenitor reach a maximum Aether of 8 or more, he manipulates the turn order, taking 2 turns in a row by forcing the opponent to skip a turn.

New Keyword: Elemental Mastery

  • Description: First Elemental played on your turn cost 1 aether less.

New Keyword: Mimic

  • Description: When activated, Mimic becomes an exact copy of another creature on the board, copying its stats, abilities, and all current effects. Mimics cannot be turned back to the original creature.

New Keyword: Rupture

  • Description: During direct attack, damage dealt above the current health of the creature is dealt to the opponent adventurer.

New Keyword: Banish

  • Description: Banished cards are sent to Void and cannot be interacted with. Killing the Banisher will return Banished card to the killer’s hand. Silencing or returning the Banisher to hand will result in Banished card lost in the Void forever.

New Card: Winterfang

  • Type: Relic

  • Ability: Weapon. Activation. Deal damage to the chosen opponent creature equal to the number of cards currently in your draw pile. Winterfang ignores Feel no Pain and Inquisitor’s Dome.

Adventurer Changes

Dona Camille

  • OLD: End of your turn: heal all of your damaged creatures and yourself, for the amount of unspent aether up to a maximum of 2. Starting from the 4th Round, if you have spent all your aether for this turn, Draw 1 card maximum 4 times per match.
  • NEW:
    • End of your turn: heal all of your damaged creatures and yourself, for the amount of unspent aether up to a maximum of 3. Starting from the 4th Round, if you have spent all your aether for this turn, Draw 1 card maximum 2 times per match.

Gaddress

  • OLD: Channels his nature energy into the world, drawing 2 cards.

Gog’Tomak

  • OLD: Unleashes his full power causing ocean waves of water that gives All your Trolls and Elementals +2/+2. Heal your Adventurer for 7 health. Can’t be used if you have no Troll on board

Konynth

  • OLD: Triggers a cascading rockslide that pummels 4 times, destroying opponent’s equipped Relic and dealing 1 damage to a random opponent creature each time. Additionally, creates an impenetrable stone fortress, Solace, Fortitude, Feel no Pain and Guardian to all your Water, Nature, Fire and Earth creatures on the board for 1 round.
  • NEW:

Storm Bane

  • Aether cost increased from 1 to 3
  • HP decreased from 3 to 2
  • OLD: Shield. Whenever you take damage from an attack, retaliate by dealing 1 damage back to the attacker.
  • NEW: Shield. While this relic is equipped, you have Sanctuary

Frostwing

  • NEW: Force every creature to attack a random creature on board. For each creature that died, Recover 1 Aether.

Deadlights

  • OLD: Reflect all incoming damage to a random opponent’s creature. Gives all your existing, summoned or played Dragons Spellbreak, except self.
  • NEW: Equilibrium. Reflect all incoming damage to a random opponent’s creature. Gives all your existing, summoned or played Dragons 1 charge of Spellbreak, except self.

Archon

  • HP increased from 4 to 5
  • OLD: Supremacy. Feel no Pain. After killing a creature, summon a self copy without abilities.
  • NEW: Reveal. Supremacy. Rampage. Feel no Pain. After killing a creature, summon a self copy without abilities.
